CONCIERGE
Our concierge and his entire reception team, are looking forward to making sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Transfers upon arrival and departure, outdoor activities, ski preparations, restaurant reservations, special programmes… everything can be arranged and tailor-made.
Please note the reception is only available from 09:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. during the summer season.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Airport transfers are available upon request. Zannier Hotels Le Chalet has interior and exterior parking spaces available for its clients.
During winter season, our drivers and outdoor team are at your disposal for transfers to the slopes or around the village in a luxury vehicle.
CUSTOM EXPERIENCES
There are many alternatives to explore the surroundings and get the most out of the region. Hiking or trekking tours, Chamonix escapes, paragliding, ice-skating, photography classes or heli-skiing to Italy or Switzerland are amongst our most popular activities.
FOR CHILDREN
Our staff is experienced at creating personalised activities for our young guests, like visiting our chefs in the kitchen, sledge riding, farm visits… Of course, babysitting is also available upon pre-arrangement. Your children will be well taken care of and have a wide variety of activities to choose from. Children up to 3 years can stay for free in their parents’ room. For children between 4 and 12 years, an extra bed can be arranged in our suites.
DISABILITY
We of course can provide assistance to any guest with disability. Zannier Hotels Le Chalet is fully accessible to guests on wheelchair. The hotel features a lovely room specifically dedicated to special needs. Should you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our team.
SKIING
In winter, we arrange for ski passes & everything regarding ski equipment. Whether you desire to rent through us or bring your own skis, everything is handled with great care in our ski chalet. Feel free to ask our advice on the best slopes or places for a wintry lunch break. We are also happy to arrange any lessons. We proudly work with a small, carefully selected group of ski instructors and mountain guides. For the more adventurous, heli-skiing or transfers to other resorts are also easily arranged.
