Arnaud Zannier


Often describes as ‘serial entrepreneur’, Arnaud Zannier always showed a passion to develop projects and a desire to challenge himself.

He started his career in the fashion industry in London, where he developed the Kickers brand for 5 years.

In 2001, he decided to launch his own business with n.d.c. made by hand, a luxury shoe company. The shoes were designed and crafted in Europe by artisans working in family ateliers, made with leathers selected from the finest tanneries in Tuscany, England & America. With a distribution in over 350 of the world’s finest boutiques – including n.d.c. stores in Brussels and Paris – he succeeded in going against the grain of the mass market in this competitive industry. After 17 years as CEO, he decided to sell the brand in August 2018 to focus on the luxury hospitality.

In 2011, he indeed realized a personal dream by penetrating the hospitality industry and launching his first hotel. He bought La Ferme de mon Père in Megève, a renowned 3 Michelin star restaurant from chef Marc Veyrat. After few months of renovation, he opened Zannier Hotels Le Chalet (France), first boutique hotel of what will become Zannier Hotels. Since then, he personally supervised the development of five more properties: Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang (opened in Cambodia in 2015), 1898 The Post (Belgium, 2017 – no longer part of the portfolio), Zannier Hotels Omaanda (Namibia, 2018), Zannier Hotels Sonop (Southern Namibia, 2019) and Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô (Central Vietnam, 2020). With his team, he currently works on 4 new hotels’ development projects, taking care especially about the market studies, concept definition and interior design development.

On a personal note, Arnaud is living between London and Ghent. He has three children, and has an unconditional passion for travels and motorbikes.
