From breakfast all the way through to dinner, at Zannier Hotels Le Chalet, our aim is to promote alpine gastronomy through the use of locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in working with small, passionate producers, and to prepare simple yet distinguished dishes, reflecting a deep respect for nature and the ingredients that it gives us.
BREAKFAST
In the morning from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Zannier Hotels Le Chalet offers a delicious breakfast, served either in your room* or in the restaurant in the form of a decadent buffet. Pastries and hot rolls, freshly cut fruit, cheese, butter and dairy products from our mountains, cold cuts from the master butchers of the region... in short, a moment of happiness before hitting the slopes.

AFTERNOON TEA
Every afternoon in the winter season, in the comfort of our living room, our pastry chef prepares a ‘patisserie’ buffet
composed of his most wonderful creations. From cakes to biscuits, it’s a moment of extraordinary indulgence.
Alongside these pastries, hot drinks are served fireside on our sunny terrace.
Please note the afternoon tea is available only during the winter season.
SALON & LOUNGE BAR
When it’s time for an aperitif, our master bartender will take you on a cocktail journey using the finest spirits,
many of which are sourced from small independent producers around the globe.
After dinner, come back and enjoy a magical and stylishly romantic end of evening cocoon

LA FERME DE MON PÈRE
In the evening, the bistro chic atmosphere of La Ferme de mon Père offers guests exceptional moments of conviviality and gastronomic pleasure.
Offering a culinary discovery, the cuisine is prepared from seasonal ingredients with the finest French products, reflecting a deep respect for nature and the Alps. Expect simple yet distinguished cuisine, with a focus on local French terroir products.
The restaurant is open in the winter season only. Concierge service for lunch and dinner is offered during the summer season. It also accessible to non-residents.

Whether from the privacy and comfort of their rooms, or on a sun lounger on the terrace, a wide variety of meals and drinks are on offer.
Of course, no request is too great for our teams, who do their best to fulfil your every wish.
