CONCIERGE
Our Guest Assistants and the whole around-the-clock reception team are at disposal to answer questions, provide information on what to experience in Zannier Hotels Sonop, book activities, organise transfers or help prepare surprises.
CHECK-IN / OUT
Zannier Hotels Sonop lodge is open year-round. Our check-in time is 11:00 AM and our check-out time is at 3:00 PM. Travellers aiming to extend their stay or change their departure time can contact the reception for availability. An additional charge may apply.
WELCOMING POLICY
Please note that for safety reasons, Zannier Hotels Sonop does not welcome children below 6 years old and pets are not allowed in the lodge.
TRANSFERS
Should you wish to discover other wonderful places in Namibia, our Guests Assistants team can organise transfers daily between Zannier Hotels Sonop and other main locations, including Sossuvlei, Windhoek, Zannier Hotels Omaanda and Hosea Kutako International Airport.
CUSTOM EXCURSIONS
Although a wide variety of activities and excursions are already planned for guests, our guest assistants are happy to organise custom excursions and activities upon request.
PRIVATE LANDING STRIP
For those who would like to access the lodge by the air or explore the area, Zannier Hotels Sonop has its own landing strip. Feel free to contact us to organize your air transfer.
