Our Guest Assistants and round-the-clock Reception team are here to ensure you have all you need. They provide personalised assistance to organise activities, bookings, and transportation. They’re also happy to help prepare surprises. Whatever your request, they will do their best to assist you.

Zannier Omaanda is open year-round. Our check-in time is 3 pm and our check-out time is at 11 am. Travellers aiming to extend their stay or change their departure time should contact Reception. Please note that an additional charge may apply.

A wide range of excursions and tours, included in the lodge’s offerings, provides the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Each programme is thoughtfully tailored to suit our guests’ individual preferences.

Every excursion at Zannier Omaanda is a unique and magical experience – brought to life in partnership with N/a’an ku sê and led by knowledgeable local guides.

Our team is delighted to arrange bespoke activities, from exclusive experiences to unique adventures such as helicopter rides – we’re here to make it all happen.

Additionally, if you wish to host a special private retreat at Zannier Omaanda, we would be pleased to organise every detail.

Please note that unfortunately – for safety reasons – Zannier Omaanda is unable to welcome children under 6 years old. In addition, some activities offered on the Zannier Reserve by N/a’an ku sê are unsuitable for children under 16 years old. Our dedicated team of professionals can organise engaging activities for older children, such as visits to see our chef and kitchen, board games, and fun, educational sessions about local conservation efforts.

We are happy to arrange transfers to and from Windhoek airports.

Additionally, chauffeur services or shuttle flights can be organised between Zannier Omaanda and Zannier Sonop – our second lodge located in the Hardap region, near Namib-Naukluft National Park in southern Namibia. Price on request

Un service de restauration en villa est disponible sur demande, permettant aux clients de déguster une sélection de plats dans l’intimité de leur chambre, moyennant un supplément.

Zannier Omaanda has a lovely boutique offering a selection of high-quality furniture, fashion, and souvenirs including handmade jewellery and decorative pieces crafted by members of the local San Tribe. Located next to the Reception, it is open daily from 12pm to 3pm.  For a more personalised experience, our Guest Assistants are happy to open the boutique outside of regular hours upon request.

Zannier Omaanda’s huts are decorated with beautiful and unusual antique pieces that have been sourced within Namibia and throughout Africa. Should you wish to purchase any of these, please kindly contact Reception who will be happy to assist you.
