Zannier Le Chalet and Maison Bompard unite Alpine elegance and timeless craftsmanship. Experience cosy luxury, exceptional comfort and the warm spirit of Megève in every detail.
For the winter season, Zannier Le Chalet, a hidden gem in Megève, is joining forces with Maison Bompard, France’s leading cashmere brand. This first collaboration, centred on cosiness, authenticity and craftsmanship, paves the way for a partnership that is set to endure.
TWO HOUSES, ONE SHARED ART OF COMFORT
In the heart of the Alps, amidst a setting where weathered wood, open fires and mountain views invite you to slow down, cashmere is the obvious choice. Ahead of the winter season, Zannier Le Chalet has therefore chosen to embark on a collaboration with Maison Bompard, to extend the experience of comfort that is its hallmark. A natural partnership between two brands that share common values: a cosy atmosphere, quality, authenticity and a hand-crafted ethos. Both are committed to fine materials, precise craftsmanship and understated elegance.
A SELECTION OF BOMPARD ITEMS AT ZANNIER LE CHALET
Throughout the winter season, a selection of Bompard cashmere pieces will be on display at Zannier Le Chalet, near reception. The range includes the classic beanie, a pair of ladies’ gloves and the cable-knit scarf, as well as ankle socks, all in a palette of natural shades. The travel set completes this selection: a cosy ensemble for travelling in style. It comprises three essential cashmere comfort items (a padded, silk-lined eye mask, a throw and mid-calf socks, each featuring the Bompard emblem knitted directly into the fabric), all tucked into a cashmere pouch fastened with a genuine mother-of-pearl button.
A SEASON PUNCTUATED BY VARIOUS EVENTS
This collaboration will come to life during the winter through a series of events. A joint package, launched online in mid-November, will offer a stay at Zannier Le Chalet accompanied by a Bompard item. Upon arrival, guests will be able to enjoy Bompard throws on the hotel terrace, overlooking the peaks of Mont Blanc. This first chapter is intended as the starting point for a long-term partnership between the two brands.
A BOMPARD BOUTIQUE JUST A FEW MINUTES FROM THE CHALET
Bompard has a boutique in the heart of the village of Megève, just a few minutes’ drive from Zannier Le Chalet. Throughout the season, hotel guests can enjoy free transfers within the resort in a luxury chauffeur-driven car, making it easy to get there. Personal shopping sessions can also be arranged on request, for a bespoke shopping experience.
Throughout the season, Zannier Le Chalet offers guests of the Bompard boutique in Megève a choice of benefits: a 20% discount on the afternoon tea served every afternoon, a 20% discount on the ‘Matinée Cocooning’ package, which combines breakfast with a spa treatment, or a complimentary glass of Domaines Roger Zannier wine per person when dining at La Ferme de Mon Père restaurant. These benefits are subject to availability and require prior booking.
This winter in Megève, Zannier Le Chalet is once again reaffirming its commitment: to offer every guest an intimate, one-of-a-kind experience, inviting them to embrace the French art of mountain living.
Since 1985, Bompard has been crafting cashmere, guided by the values of tradition, sustainability and quality. Iconic pieces come together to create silhouettes of timeless French elegance. With its intuitive understanding of the material, Bompard upholds a unique craftsmanship: the House’s heritage is rooted in precision knitwork, with cashmere at its very heart. The collections embrace contemporary trends, offering a versatile wardrobe of essentials crafted from exceptional materials.
From its inception, the House has been committed to eco-responsible knitwear design. Turtleneck jumpers, fitted cardigans, polo-style jumpers, ultra-fine crew necks… these iconic pieces form the very DNA of Bompard, a testament to timeless elegance that perfectly complements the authenticity of the fabric. The House has created its ultra-fine jumpers – true ‘second-skin’ pieces made from 100% cashmere or blended with cotton and silk. Their production is a long and delicate process: the yarn is carded, ironed, combed and then knitted slowly and meticulously, resulting in a garment that combines softness, fineness and density. A true technical feat.
