Payments:

  • Low season: full prepayment 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Shoulder season: full prepayment 14 days prior to arrival.
  • High season: full prepayment 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Low season:
    • Up to 15 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 14 – 5 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of total reservation amount night.
    • 4 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
  • Shoulder  season:
    • Up to 15 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 14 – 5 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of total reservation amount night.
    • 4 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
  • High season:
    • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 29 – 16 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of total reservation amount.
    • 15 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
