• Discount offered is not valid for payments for early check-in or late check-out. 
• Offer is valid on the room rate only and do not apply for extra person charges. 
• Offer is valid for stays falling entirely into the validity period, for overlapping periods the offers do not apply. 
• It is not permitted to cancel and rebook existing booking, the offer will not be applied. 
• Rates are inclusive of 10% VAT. 
• A local tax of EUR 4.66 per person per night is not included in the displayed price. This amount will be added to your invoice at the end of your stay. 

Payments: 

• A full deposit is required at the time of booking. 
• A credit card is required to guarantee a booking. 

Cancellation Policy: 

This is a non-refundable offer. No changes or cancellations allowed. Full charge applies in case of cancellation or no-show.
