  • This offer is valid during the whole season for stays of 3 consecutive nights.
  • Valid only for selected accommodation.
    • Delos: Cloister Junior Suite with Garden, Cloister Terrace Suite, Delos, Harbour Junior Suite, Delos Junior Suite, Delos Harbour Suite, Delos Pavilion Suite, Delos Solea Suite, The Delos Suite.
    • Soukana: Soukana Sunrise Junior Suite, Soukana Terrace Junior Suite, Soukana Sunset Junior Suite, Soukana Family Suite, Soukana, Garden Suite, Soukana Terrace Suite, Soukana Two-Bedroom Suite.

  • Valid for new bookings from date of issue of this offer (18 Feb 2026) until 1 November 2026. It is not permitted to cancel and rebook existing bookings; the offer will not be applied in such cases.

  • The offer is not cumulative; for additional nights full charge applies.
  • The offer is not combinable with any other offer.
  • The offer is valid on the room rate only and does not apply for early check-in or late check-out, extra person charges or any other service
  • The offer is valid only for bookings falling entirely into the stay period, for overlapping periods the offer does not apply.
  • It is not permitted to use the bonus night for a late check-out on the day after the second night.
  • This offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
  • Zannier Île de Bendor reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
  • Rates are inclusive of 10% VAT.
  • A local tax of EUR 4.66 per person per night is not included in the displayed price. This amount will be added to your invoice at the end of your stay.
  • A credit card is required to guarantee a booking.

Seasonality:

  • Shoulder season: 1 May – 31 May 2026 & 1 Sept – 1 Nov 2026
  • High season: 1 June – 31 August 2026 

Payments:

  • Shoulder season: a 50% deposit of the total stay is charged at the time of booking and is refundable until 2 PM (hotel time), 14 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • High season: A 100% deposit of the total stay is charged at the time of booking and is refundable until 2 PM (hotel time), 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Shoulder  season:
    • Up to 14 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 13 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount night.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
  • High  season:
    • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 29 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount night.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
