  • Rates are inclusive of VAT.
  • A local tax of EUR 3.50 per person per night is not included in the price displayed. This amount will be added to your invoice at the end of your stay.

Seasonality

  • High season: 4 January 2027 – 31 January 2027 & 13 February 2027 & 20 February 2027
  • Mid season: 17 December 2026 – 22 December 2026 & 1 February 2027 – 12 February 2027 & 21 February 2027 – 28 March 2027.

Payment:

  • High & Mid season: 30% deposit of the total booking amount required at the time of booking, and the remaining 70% is due 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

  • High & Mid season:
    • Up to 21 days prior to arrival: no charge.
    • 20 – 8 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of total reservation amount.
    • 7 – 1 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
    • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
