Early Booking Weekend

• This offer is valid for stays all season on Fridays and Saturdays. 
• This offer is valid for stays in Junior Suite (Delos Garden Junior Suite excluded) and Suite. 
• The offer is valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights in June, July and August. In May, September and October minimum stay is not required. 
• This offer is subject to availability and black-out dates may apply. 

• Zannier Île de Bendor reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. 
• The offer is not combinable with other offers. 
• Discount offered is not valid for payments for early check-in or late check-out. 
• Offer is valid on the room rate only and do not apply for extra person charges. 
• Offer is valid for stays falling entirely into the validity period, for overlapping periods the offers do not apply. 
• It is not permitted to cancel and rebook existing booking, the offer will not be applied. 
• Rates are inclusive of 10% VAT. 
• A local tax of EUR 4.66 per person per night is not included in the displayed price. This amount will be added to your invoice at the end of your stay. 

Seasonality: 

• Shoulder season: 1 May – 31 May 2026 & 1 September – 1 November 2026 
• High season: 1 June – 31 August 2026 

Payments: 

• Shoulder season: a 50% deposit of the total stay is charged at the time of booking and is refundable until 2:00 PM (hotel time), 14 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
• High season: a 100% deposit of the total stay is charged at the time of booking and is refundable until 2:00 PM (hotel time), 30 days prior to arrival. 
• A credit card is required to guarantee a booking. 

Cancellation Policy: 

• Shoulder  season: 
  • Up to 14 days prior to arrival: no charge. 
  • 13 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount night. 
  • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.

• High season:
  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: no charge. 
  • 29 – 1 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of total reservation amount. 
  • Same day cancellation, no-show or early departure: 100% charge of total reservation amount.
