For this special occasion, our chef presents a refined tasting menu inspired by the Mediterranean coast and the freshness of spring, featuring delicate seafood, seasonal produce, and vibrant fruit for a warm and memorable celebration.

Starters: Mediterranean tuna, grey shrimp consommé, vegetable ravioli & John Dory, leek textures

Vegetables: Langoustines, celery and lovage, coffee notes

Main course: St Pierre, sea asparagus, iodized velouté

Dessert: Strawberries and raspberries in textures
